🗓️ Day 1: Basra – Qurnah – Iraqi Marshes – Nasiriyah Morning: Start from Basra (early morning). Drive to Qurnah (1 hr). Adam’s Tree: Symbolic site believed by locals to be where Adam lived. Confluence of the Tigris & Euphrates Rivers: Walk along the point where they meet to form the Shatt al-Arab. Midday: Drive to Chibayish (Marshes) – 2 hours. Iraqi Marshes Boat Tour: Ride a mashoof (traditional canoe) through the Mesopotamian Marshes (UNESCO site). Visit a reed house and enjoy lunch with local Marsh Arabs. Evening: Drive to Nasiriyah (1 hr). Check-in to hotel, dinner and rest. 🗓️ Day 2: Nasiriyah – Ur – Babylon – Hillah Morning: Visit Ziggurat of Ur: One of the best-preserved Sumerian structures (home of Abraham).
